Visit our Campus Safety page at https://www.phoenix.edu/about/campus-safety.html to download a copy of any UOPX location’s Annual Security Report for information regarding crime reporting; campus safety policies; crime statistics for the previous three calendar years for crimes which occurred on-campus, in certain noncampus buildings owned or controlled by the University, and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from each campus; crime, alcohol and drug use; sexual and interpersonal violence awareness and prevention programs; campus notification procedures such as timely warnings, and more. A paper copy of any UOPX location’s Annual Security Report will be provided upon request, and requests can be made by contacting any Campus Safety Coordinator or University representative.
